What happens to my document?
In live mode, document text is sent to OpenAI for analysis. In demo mode, it is processed on this server without calling Astra. Briefings include a source excerpt and quotations. Anyone with a share link can open that briefing, so avoid including sensitive personal information. Briefings are stored in server memory for up to a week and may disappear sooner if the server restarts.
What if the document leaves something out?
The briefing has a dedicated section for unknowns. Quoted text is checked against the source, but a matching quote does not guarantee the interpretation is correct. An empty section is a gap to investigate, not an all-clear.
